Apple has filed inaccurate evidence again in a case against Samsung, this time in the Netherlands, where the company is arguing Samsung's Galaxy S smartphones are too similar to its iPhone 3G.

- Speaking of Apple: "iPhone 5 release date rumors are swirling again as a new report says an AT&T vice president has confirmed plans to launch the phone in early October," reports Radhika Marya.
- Is Mango, the latest iteration of Microsoft's Windows Phone operating system, finally done cooking and ready to be served?
