The Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association is now offering the first-ever interactive e-Learning class for residential electronic systems contractors (RESCs). By utilizing the latest technology, CEDIA has incorporated interactive simulations into the e-Learning courses where students can earn their continuing education units (CEUs) and the skills necessary to become an asset to the electronic systems industry. This hands-on experience will arm RESCs with the skills necessary to carry on CEDIA’s reputation of success. Four new e-learning classes will launch this month, bringing the total to 12 online courses offered by CEDIA.
“With more than 4,000 active certified professionals, CEDIA University is the most successful professional education and certification program in the custom residential electronic systems industry,” said Margaret Sheehan, Senior Director of Professional Development. “We are constantly striving to provide our members with valuable opportunities that are designed specifically to connect with every member, regardless their learning style.”
E-Learning classes provide easy access to the expertise that CEDIA University has to offer by providing flexible scheduling for busy professionals. Class participants in ESDOL232-Home Theater Room Design, ESTOL311-Video Set-Up and Calibration and ESTOL305-Audio Set-Up and Calibration will participate in virtual simulations as well as in-depth instruction.
