Microsoft has confirmed long rumored plans to offer a two-game pack with all models of the Xbox 360 console during the holiday shopping season. First rumored in mid-summer, the package includes a free copy of racing game Forza Motorsport 2 and comic book-based Marvel Ultimate Alliance. The two games will be packaged into every Xbox 360 console and Xbox 360 Elite for a retail savings of $90, the company announced this week.
The move comes on the heels of a price drop last month, as well as just two weeks after the release of the blockbuster exclusive -- Halo 3 -- which Microsoft reports sold more than $300 million in its first week.
The new two-game console package is expected to be in stores before the end of the month. For more information on the new package, click here.
